2) Data collected when visiting our website
For purely informational use, we collect only the data your browser automatically transmits ("server log files"): shortened IP address, date/time of access, page requested, referrer URL, browser and operating system.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – our legitimate interest in a stable, secure and functional website. This data is deleted after a short period unless required to prevent abuse.
3) Hosting
Our website is delivered through the infrastructure of Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA) and its European data centres. When you access the site, technical data (including IP address, date/time, user agent) is transmitted to this infrastructure to enable delivery and mitigate attacks.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Cloudflare participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; we have also entered into a data processing agreement with our hosting provider.
4) Cookies and consent management
We only use technically necessary cookies or comparable storage access (e.g. local storage of your cookie preference and language selection). These are required to operate the site; the legal basis is § 25(2) TDDDG in conjunction with Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

5) Contacting us
5.1 Contact and B2B form, email
When you contact us via one of our forms or by email, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, company, email address, phone number, message) exclusively to handle your enquiry and for the associated technical administration.
Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry); if your enquiry is aimed at concluding a contract, additionally Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. The data are deleted once your enquiry has been dealt with and no statutory retention obligations prevent this.
To protect against automated abuse (spam) we use our own server-side checks (honeypot field, timing check, simple math question). No data is transmitted to external services such as Google reCAPTCHA.
5.2 WhatsApp Business
If you contact us via WhatsApp, WhatsApp Ireland Limited processes your message and technical metadata. We use the phone number you provide only to respond to your enquiry. Details: whatsapp.com/legal.
6) External content (Instagram & YouTube via Elfsight)
On our home page and on the videos page we embed widgets from Elfsight Limited (Cyprus) that display posts from our Instagram profile and videos from our YouTube channel. When these widgets load, data (including IP address, user agent, referrer) is transmitted to Elfsight, Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (Instagram) and Google Ireland Ltd. (YouTube); these providers may set cookies.
Embedding takes place only after your consent pursuant to § 25(1) TDDDG and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Before you consent, no connections are established with these providers. You may withdraw your consent at any time: .
